Tyler Blackett signs two-year contract extension with Manchester United

• Defender’s contract had been due to expire in summer

• Blackett has been with hometown club since age of 8

Tyler Blackett has signed a two-year contract extension at Manchester United.

The United academy product made his debut against Swansea on the opening day of the season and has since gone on to make another nine appearances for the club.
